I started the company in 2019 and have taken on a partner to help grow the business. I am from an ethnic minority group and I will always try to take on labour that is localised and diverse. Any one can approach me for work if they are a bricklayer and they will receive a studied assessment of their worth to the company.
GLOBAL WARMING
I believe our workforce to be the lifeblood of the company and by constant communicating with all members we may be able to make a difference albeit quite small. I encourage car sharing and minimum water, cement, sand and brick wasteage.
SAFETY FIRST
We are a young company but we are listening and learning all the time. I care passionately about the workforce and encourage every one of them to work safely as well as getting the build correct. We have twenty men and four women on the workforce and every one is kitted out with full PPE for a building site.
